Confidence

What do you believe is the number one tool for success? I’d say confidence. Yes, we all have put in the hours, compete, prepare, but what puts you over the edge. What separates you from the legends? What will you be known for in your field of work? Tennis is a game of great focus and concentration. I have to walk on the court every day and know I am created to win! I must know I have been preparing for this moment ever since the beginning of time.

At times you may not even feel confident, but it’s a choice. We have all put in the hours on the court, in the gym, stretching, and whatever else you may have to do, but have we all trained out mental toughness. How long can you remain focused? Confidence is having a balance between your mind and your emotions. No matter what any competition throws your way, be ready at all times. No fear can stop you. Although, fear might try to creep in, remember we win some and never lose any, we only learn from the opportunities we are given at hand.

Choose to encourage yourself because people won’t always be there for you. People might not even be able to support you the way you need them too. If you don’t believe in yourself when you have no fans, family, or friends, who will? Be your biggest cheerleader! Be fearless in your God-given abilities. Envision yourself over and over on your victory win and speeches.

Decide TODAY to practice ways to develop confidence in your ability.
