A Day of Relaxation

Every day we burn fat. Every day we push our bodies to the limit. When will it stop? When we crash physically or when we take a break! The majority of people wait until their bodies shut down on them to change their routine. Which person are you?

Sometimes I wait until my body crashes, and other times I recognize it early. Recently I took some time off of tennis and physical fitness for a few days to give my body time to recover. It was the best feeling ever. I had a spa event at a nice hotel. I took a soothing bubble bath, ate Indian food, watched tennis, and relaxed. It felt amazing.
